Join our Pop Up Pilates adventure morning and be part of our celebrations for International Pilates Day! Guided scenic walk through the Kalamunda National Park and return to our meeting point. Here you will enjoy and Pilates session rewarding your body post hike. We finish with morning tea and healthy snacks.

This ambient class combes Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Ballet movements with spiralling motions through the spine, hips, and shoulders to improve mobility, core strength, and body awareness.
